CCM sets aside a substantial budget each year for advertising, promotion and travel. We run advertisements in all the leading Healthcare Magazines and in the National Newspapers. We also attend job fairs and conferences in Ireland, the UK, Holland, Sweden, Austria and other European countries. Our recruiters travel extensively to meet the recruitment needs of our clients. We are increasingly using the internet as a recruitment tool particularly when we are focusing overseas or on senior difficult to fill positions. We find that it works increasingly well in Scandinavia, Canada, Australia and the USA.
Recruiters
All our recruiters are healthcare professionals with a minimum of five years experience in healthcare, two of which have to have been overseas to qualify for the positions. Our view is that our recruiters must have worked overseas in order to have the knowledge to advise those who wish to travel.
