Candidates selection and Recruitment

 

Below is an outline of our recruitment and screening process.

1. Search CCM's database
2. Advertise in specialised journals, national newspapers and on-line advertisements to source candidates.
3. Attend Local, European Exhibitions.
4. Post job vacancies on the company website.
5. Mail shot to active resource of candidates.
6. Interview qualified and available candidates.
7. Apply for references.
8. Authenticate references/certificates and current registration.
9. Generate file for submission to include skill checklists, client's application form, health questionnaire and any other forms or tests required by the client.
10. Submit files to client.
11. Arrange telephone interview, or VCI if requested.
12. Arrange interview schedule if the client wishes to interview a number of candidates.
13. Candidate signs offer letter/employment contract.
14. Complete pre-employment medical.
15. Complete Language test if this is required.
16. Provide orientation on tasks, responsibilities and cultural matters.
17. Prepare travel pack to include flight details/hard copy of permit.
18. Send meet and greet to site.
