Do I need to bring my (nursing, RRT, etc.) license from home?
Yes. You need to bring your original, current pocket license. In the UAE you will be practicing on your license from your home country/state/province. It must be an active, practicing license without restrictions.
What are Licensing & Registration requirements?
If you wish to work in Healthcare inthe UAE you are required to have a practising license. In order to obtain this license you will need to have your qualifications and references authenticated by a legal body, the Educational Attache, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of UAE in the country of issue. CCM can arrange to have your documents authenticated.
Documentation Required for Registration in UAE:
- Copy of Passport (other name change documents as appropriate)
- Three copies of your original certificates
- Name of supervisor and address of issuing body of qualification
- Copies of your employment references
- Three copies of your current practicing medical
- registration/certificate of registration from medical body
