Executive Personal Assistant – Middle East
Unique opportunity to join our healthcare client in the Middle East.  Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this offer includes a salary paid tax free, generous leave, flights and accommodation provided.

Position Description:
Our client is seeking experienced a professional Executive Personal Assistant, preferably with hospital experience, though not essential.

Job Summary:
Responsible for a broad range of clerical duties to include answering telephones, taking and routing messages, and greeting and assisting visitors. Responds to routine inquiries, schedules appointments and transcribes physician orders.  Prepares reports, purchase orders and other business documents. Utilizes various types of office equipment to include intercommunications system, computer, fax and copier.  Works closely with nursing personnel and medical staff.  Maintains records, files and forms.  Orders, stocks and maintains supply and equipment inventories.

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Higher School Certificate (e.g. Leaving Certificate, A Levels or equivalent)
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Hospital Administration, English Language or equivalent
  • Bachelor Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Hospital Administration, English Language or equivalent
  • You will require a minimum of five years solid and continuous secretarial / administrative experience, performing a wide range of general secretarial / administrative duties, with an emphasis on task adaptability, along with outstanding typing skills (at a minimum of 55 wpm).
  • Experience working with medical terminology

The successful candidate will
  • Combine excellent written and oral English with plenty of initiative and the ability to thrive under pressure,
  • Be conversant with Microsoft computer applications (such as Word™, Excel™ and PowerPoint™).
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy.

  • Tax free salary paid monthly.
  • Service award (1/2 month salary for the first 5 years and 1 month salary for the following years – paid at the end-of-service as per Saudi Labour Law).
