Job Overview:  Positions available for Paediatric Nurses to join a close knit combined adult Medical and Paediatric ward in Albany, Western Australia. CCM Recruitment are looking for experienced Paediatric Nurses for our client hospitals in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Albany is a charming city full of heritage colonial buildings, museums, galleries, and world-class culinary experiences. This is your chance to work on a full-time basis for an excellent public hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to Paediatric and Adult patients on a combined medical adult and paediatric ward. The positions are well-suited for Registered Nurses with Paediatric care skills. 

 
Job Summary - Primary Duties:

  • Ensuring a superior quality of nursing care, compassion and understanding is given to every patient. 
  • Working respectfully and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge and participating in quality improvement opportunities. 
  • Coordinating and evaluating quality patient/resident services.
  • Interacting with patients, families, and other visitors in a courteous, helpful manner.
  • Attend mandatory staff development programs

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA 
  • Minimum 18-24 months clinical experience in the related specialty (depending on hospital location)
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a passion for delivering high quality of care  
  • Legal rights to work in Australia.
