Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Secretary to join their team.

 

 

Job Summary: Primary Duties

  • Provides full administrative support to the executive staff of the assigned area.
  • Communicates and coordinates with senior management and departments on all inquiries concerning administrative work. 
  • Assists and participates in performance improvement plans for assigned area. 
  • Assumes primary responsibility for key administrative tasks, provides information for evaluation and revision of department/section's policies and procedures.
  • Determine secretarial staff training needs and coordinate with departments to provide the needed training.
  • Manages the general administrative function of the office.
  • Conducts studies, performs special projects, evaluates administrative functions and recommends operational involvements, as assigned. 
  • Follows all the approved Hospital's policies and procedures.
  • Performs any related duty as assigned. 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospital Administration, Secretarial Science or any other related discipline is required. 
  • Five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree or seven (7) years with a Diploma of related experience is required including two (2) years of office management or supervisory experience.
